It was a bitterly cold day but we still had a good turn out
Simon makes a break for it
closely followed by the rest of us
Doug takes to the fun ride
but didn't like the hills so much
Kevin runs out of energy
but Clare just keeps on smiling . . . . . .
she must be powered by the stuff is it on the banned list !
Clare's effort earns her a 5th in the series and best placed club rider.
Simon just keeps on going
so does Jeff
I can still smile even if my legs aren't working
The soup kitchen was a very welcome sight
